Train Services on North East Line Resume After 2-Hour Delay Due to Signalling Fault

On Wednesday evening, a signalling fault at Sengkang MRT station caused a service disruption on Singapore's North East Line (NEL), lasting just over two hours. Operator SBS Transit announced the resumption of services around 9:55 PM, following the deployment of free regular and bridging bus services during the interruption. The company has since apologized for the inconvenience caused to commuters.
