Chinese Passengers Removed from Kuala Lumpur Flight After Pre-Departure Disturbance
On February 9, 2025, two Chinese nationals were escorted off a flight at Kuala Lumpur International Airport bound for Jieyang City, China, after causing a disturbance before takeoff. A female passenger was reported to be "acting insane" and disturbing others on board. Security personnel removed her and her male companion from the aircraft. The duo was taken to a police station but exhibited aggressive behavior and refused to cooperate. Subsequently, they were transferred to a local hospital for a comprehensive medical evaluation due to suspected mental health issues.
